I combine my formal training in clinical Psychology (B.A. & M.A.) with the latest cutting-edge techniques and tools from neuroscience and positive psychology to develop a step-by-step plan for you that’s structured, action-oriented, and totally focused on your desired outcomes.

With my 100% personalized assistance, we’ll work together to transform any areas of your life that you want to improve.

Using a caring and non-judgmental environment of support and encouragement, it usually starts with me helping you get crystal clear about what you really want now.

Once we have a vision of what you want to accomplish, I’ll help you break through any stubborn blocks that have kept you stuck (sometimes for years) and shift your mindset in ways you may never thought were possible.

Most of my coaching sessions are done over the phone or via Skype. So, it doesn’t matter if you’re in New York, London, Sydney, Vancouver, or wherever, because I can conveniently work with you from just about anywhere. No need to worry about transportation or boring waiting rooms.

What differentiates me and my coaching from others?

A Personal Touch

No one likes working with a professional on an important issue and feeling like they’re just a number, or that they have a dollar sign over their head.

For me, coaching isn’t just a service or something I do… it’s a relationship. I treat every client, without exception, just as I would like to be treated; with dignity, respect and integrity.

Open Communication

Open and honest communication is vital to developing a strong coaching relationship. When you engage with any professional, you should never feel hesitant to communicate with them.

Professional Training

Anyone can call themselves a coach. Unfortunately, there are thousands of unqualified ‘coaches’ out there who have never been trained to coach, have never been coached themselves and have little to no idea how to help their clients get optimal results.

As a certified life coach with over a decade of experience, I bring a unique synthesis of a formal background in clinical Psychology and the rigorous training required to become certified as a professional life coach, and you have at your disposal an experienced ally who’s fully committed to your success.

I keep up to date with the latest research and discoveries in the field of psychology, neuroscience, life coaching and human potential so I can give my clients the best possible solutions.

In addition to having B.A. and M.A. degrees in Psychology, I also have a certification and training from iPEC, a top-notch coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (which I’m also a member of).

iPEC is dedicated to preserving the integrity of coaching and has set the highest standard for the profession. What this really means is that I’m bound by a code of ethics that ensures I will always have your best interests at heart.

Are we a good fit?

As you’re probably aware, there are tens of thousands of Life Coaches available. We all have different skillsets and areas of expertise, and our approaches and styles can range from similar to complete polar opposites.

Therefore, after reading the two lists below, if you think we would resonate with each other, then we should talk.

We’ll work well together and you’ll see positive results if…

checkmark You’re open and ready for a change. You’re willing to take an objective look at your life, reassess your deep-seeded beliefs, habits, and thought patterns.

checkmark You believe that you get out of life what you put in. You feel motivated at the thought of making profound, positive changes in all areas of your life in a structured way that keeps you on track and accountable to taking action.

checkmark You believe you’re here for a greater purpose than just “existing”, that life is short and precious, and that personal responsibility is the key to success.

Then again, we probably won’t be a great fit for each other if…

checkmark You want a pollyannish / new-agey / woo-woo coach – sorry, I’m not your gal!

checkmark You think it’s cool to have a Life Coach, but don’t want to do any work – I can’t just wave my magic life-coaching wand and give you the life of your dreams. I’ll act as the sherpa for our journey, but you’ll have to hike the path.

checkmark You think life is unfair and the world owes you something.

checkmark You have serious commitment issues in terms of keeping your word and not doing things you promise to do.

checkmark You have deep psychological problems or trauma that’s affecting your ability to function well. You have fears or phobias that seem extreme and resistant to change, or you believe you have clinical depression, severe anxiety, or addiction issues that aren’t being treated by a medical professional.

checkmark You only want to work on relationships – while relationship issues are something we can work on as part of my holistic approach to help you improve your life, it’s not my focus. So, if relationship coaching is all you’re after, it’s best to find a relationship coach who specializes in that.

checkmark You want a Business Coach – if you’re only looking for business coaching and everything else in your life is going really well, I’m not right for the job, but I can put you in touch with someone who is if you contact me.
